The NBA 2K League Online Application Form is now available via the official NBA 2K League website. You can apply here. The deadline to have the application completed is November 26, 2018 at 3PM PT / 6 PM ET. The NBA 2K League Qualifier Application requires players to enter general player and personal info, submit an audio interview on why they should be apart of NBA 2K League, will test player’s Basketball IQ and 2K IQ, and more.

To be eligible for the NBA 2K League Comine, here are the requirements:
- 100 wins or more with at least 50% win percentage in Pro-Am Team or Jordan Rec Center by Nov. 26, 2018 at 6 PM Eastern Time
- Must have turned age 18+ by Nov. 2, 2018
- Online Application submitted by Nov. 26, 2018 at 6 PM Eastern Time
