The NBA 2K Logo Program is a community program that 2K set up which essentially endorses, verifies, and rewards NBA 2K content creators and influencers for their contributions to the game overall as a content creator. The Logo Program is 2K’s “acknowledgment that (players) are doing great work,” according to 2K’s own Ronnie Singh a.k.a. Ronnie 2K.
Players who are chosen are able to have their gamertag and character within the game equipped with a visible 2K logo above their head in environments like The City and next to their gamertag during in-game displays.
How to Get a 2K Logo?
Become an NBA 2K Influencer & Connect with 2K
- Focus on 2K Content: You must regularly stream or create high-quality videos focused on NBA 2K on YouTube or Twitch.
- Maintain a Clean & Positive Brand: 2K will thoroughly review your social media accounts (specifically X/Twitter and Instagram). Constantly trashing the game, calling it “garbage,” or getting into toxic arguments in the comments will immediately disqualify you.
- Zero Cheating Policy: Any history of account sharing, badge boosting, or buying VC from unapproved third-party sites will blackball you from getting verified.
- Network with Community Managers: Build your audience, tag official community figures like LD2K or Ronnie2K on social media, and ensure you are consistently using your platforms to positively represent the game.
Here are some of the things that go into the selection process from 2K’s end:
- 2K and community teams spend time watching NBA 2K streams and content
- 2K then talks and collaborates with the NBA 2K Community to see who can vouch for these potential logo candidates
- 2K checks with the candidate’s account with customer support to determine if they have a clean 2K gaming history (i.e. no exploiting, etc.)
- 2K checks with the candidate’s account statistics to make sure they’re playing and streaming on a regular basis
NBA 2K Logo Show
An additional way to get a 2K Logo is to play in the “Logo Show” (formerly “Logo Gauntlet”). After filling out an interest form to sign up, you have a chance to compete in the invite-only NBA 2K27 Logo Show. In this event, competitors Take down 3 opponents in a row in a “king-of-the-hill” gauntlet to earn the grand prize.
THE FORMAT
GOAL – You must defeat 3 opponents in a row, each in a best-of-three series.
CHALLENGES – Special game rules can add unique twists to test your skills. Here are some examples:
• Win a game with no Badges equipped.
• Finish a game with a 3PT dagger to win.
• Dust the competition using an all-PG MyTEAM lineup.
• Showcase your collection by using only former college teammates.
• …and many more.
GAMEPLAY BLOCKS – Deploy strategic Blocks to temporarily take specific Badges, Animations, Takeover Abilities, MyTEAM cards, or other gameplay elements out of play. Choose wisely and optimize your chances of victory.
MyCAREER BETRAYALS – Crew loyalties will be tested. Before the Logo is awarded to the Team Captain, their Teammate may be given the chance to betray them in a 1v1 to snatch the Logo for themselves. But if they fail, the Captain takes their prize as well.

Champion Team Captains earn the ultimate reward: the 2K Logo, 500,000 VC, and your choice of a MyTEAM Player Card from the Pack Market. Champion Teammates also take home 500,000 VC and a MyTEAM Player Card. Even if you don’t win the grand prize, you can still win VC on your journey there. The further you go, the more VC is up for grabs.
