  1. Never played NBA2k or I might have briefly in Taiwan but I have some interest in the NBA and size in general how it affects performance etc, interesting list here it reminds me of WWE albeit far, far more complex. In WWE height was just for show it didn’t have any bearing on stats, weight did and even then it was basic (Weight class determined stat caps and if wrestlers can or can’t lift you but it was class based only, very sloppy if you’re just 1lb below or above the threshold of a weight class determining if you can be thrown or not lol, silly) it should have been more like this where each lb or few lbs makes subtle differences in stats. Plus I totally disagreed with diva weight/featherweight being slower than cruiserweight and light heavy, that’s just nonsense.

Anyway interesting here to see the subtle changes with each inch in height here, I assume weight isn’t a factor in NBA 2k? It should be of course and reach but that would make things utterly complex, I’m barely within the lower limits for height in the game then irl haha! Pity the game is capped at 7’3″, as there are occasional players taller than that such as Yao Ming (Albeit most of these guys had little NBA impact sadly, relatively speaking they didn’t impact the game the way Wilt, Kareem, Shaq etc did despite their height advantage…. Suggests there’s upper limits irl to how good a player can be with height else we’d be seeing 8footers dominate the game! Maybe someday but it’s mostly players at least Jordan/Kobe heights and taller who get GOAT contention but no taller than Kareem and Wilt) Size isn’t everything but there are trends in sports where the most successful are often in a size range!
