What is MyCAREER Co-Op?
Co-Op mode is a MyCAREER mode where players can invite a friend to team up and play multiplayer directly in their MyCAREER.
How Does MyCAREER Co-Op Work?
- Your co-op friend controls your custom teammate and Running Mate, Trace Miller
- Trace is introduced in the G League and remains your teammate throughout your NBA career
- Your co-op partner chooses between 1 of 9 build templates for Trace, each based on shades of the following NBA stars:
- Giannis Antetokounmpo
- Cade Cunningham
- Stephen Curry
- Luka Dončić
- Kevin Durant
- Anthony Edwards
- Donovan Mitchell
- Nikola Jokić
- Kawhi Leonard
- Trace’s physicals are determined by the template you select, but you earn points through gameplay to upgrade his:
- Attributes
- Badges
- Playstyle
- Running Mate skills
- Co-op is available whether you decide to take the modern path through the new 11-chapter “Fire & Concrete” story or play through the newly added historical MyCAREER Eras. When playing together, you can even experience all of the MyCAREER story cutscenes together.
