NBA 2K24 to Sponsor 2023 NBA Summer League, Scan Rookies Into Game

As part of a multiyear agreement to become the title sponsor of the NBA Summer League, NBA 2K24 will once again be the official sponsor of the NBA Summer League event in Las Vegas at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas.

Running from July 7 – July 17, the NBA 2K24 Summer League is a tournament-format competition that will showcase the top prospects from around the USA and abroad – recently drafted players (such as expected #1 pick Victor Victor Wembanyama), G-League stand-outs, walk-on players, and more.

What Does This Mean for NBA 2K24?

NBA 2K24 won’t just be a sponsor in name only, this event also provides a functional purpose of getting all the incoming NBA rookies’ likenesses scanned into NBA 2K24. Additionally, if 2K follows the same release schedule as last year, fans can expect the official announcement of the release date, cover athletes, and pre-order bonuses around the beginning of the NBA 2K24 Summer League event.
