NBA 2K26 Crews Explained
- Players can create or join Crews, which may be as small as a private group of friends or grow to as many as 50 players.
- Crews progress through 30 levels by playing games and completing weekly goals. Rewards include: custom branded clothing with uploaded crew logos, rep and VC bonuses, unlimited boosts, badge perks (such as a permanent +1), cap breakers, and more.
- Your MyPLAYER nameplate will allow others to see which Crew you are representing, your Crew logo, and your Crew level to show off your progress
- Crew leaderboards highlight the most successful groups.
- Play games or work with your Crew to complete weekly goals that help you rise through the ranks of all 30 Crew levels, earning rewards in the process. Check out the rewards below.

How to Invite Players to Your Crew
- First, create your Crew from the MyCAREER menu
- Set your Crew Privacy preferences to either ‘Open’ or ‘Invite Only’
- To invite randoms, go near them in The City and press LB + RB (Xbox) or L1 + R1 (PlayStation) to bring up the social menu
- Click on their gamertag and select ‘Invite to Crew’
- To invite friends, join their park and invite them using the social menu as well
