NBA 2K24 Gatorade Gym Guide: How to Change Body Type, List of Workouts, Rewards, & More

The Gym Rat Badge has been removed for NBA 2K24, but this doesn’t mean workouts at the Gatorade Training Facility still can’t be useful for your MyPLAYER. In this guide, we go over how to change body types, workouts, rewards, and more!

How to Get to the Gatorade Training Facility

  1. Use the City Map to get to the “Gatorade Training Facility”
  2. Use subway to get closer to the gym quicker

How to Change Body Type / Body Shape in NBA 2K24

Putting in the work at the Gatorade gym will upgrade your body type. Here’s how it works:

  • After 50 stars, you’ll have access to your 2nd body type
  • After 100 stars, you’ll have access to all 3 new body types
  • Once you unlock body type(s), you can change your body types by going to MyPLAYER > Appearance > Edit Head > Edit Chest > Body Type

Gatorade Gym Workouts Explained + Benefits

  • Earning 3 stars or better on 5 workouts will reward you with an additional turbo meter
  • Upgrade your badges, gain an additional turbo meter, and sculpt your body
  • Once you have badges equipped, you will be able to upgrade 1 for each workout you complete
  • However, feel free to start training even if you don’t have any equipped yet
