NBA 2K20 Patch 11 was released overnight and is now available for download. The patch size is about 4.8 GB. Because of it’s relatively small download size, fans shouldn’t expect too many significant changes to the title. As of right now, no official patch notes have been released by 2K, but there are a couple things fans have noticed:

In spite of rumors, the behind the back cheese is not back in NBA 2K20. This is probably a good thing, as this move was very OP before a previous patch nerfed it.
Also, according to a user on NBA 2K Reddit, the orange accessories bug in MyTEAM has been fixed. You can now change accessory color to whatever you want.

The patch also seems to have created some unintended issues as well – crowd audio issues and music playing during free throws. Expect these to be addressed by 2K in an upcoming update.

Addressed an issue in MyTEAM that was restricting the desired accessory colors from appearing in-game for created/customized assets.

Addressed an issue in MyTEAM where the ball would drop unnecessarily slow for some users when utilizing the ball drop mechanic.

Addressed a rare issue in MyTEAM where users reported their Collector Level would reset to 0 after performing a bulk sales of cards.
