Some takeaways from the NBA 2K21 video / trailer:
- Animations are seamlessly chained together and ultra fluid
- Dribbling size-ups and exploding off size-ups look ultra fluid and natural
- Dynamic lighting and reflections are much improved
- Facial expressions are more realistic and detailed
- Body types, skin textures, and muscle tones look much more realistic
- Shoes are more detailed
- Basketball breakaway rim physics are improved – flexes while hanging on the rim
- NBA 2K21 will load up in less than 3 seconds on Playstation 5
- NBA 2K21 is built from the ground up for PS5
