Here is a pretty effective post move if you are using a player with a decent post game. The dropstep is a basic post move that’s easy to pull off, and it also sets up the up and under. Here’s how you do it:
1) While in the paint, press Y (triangle for PlayStation) for the backdown animation
2) Hold RT (or R2 for PlayStation) + Right Stick towards the hoop
