2K Dev Team Teases NBA 2K25

NBA 2K25 news may arrive sooner than usual this year. One of the NBA 2K25 developers, Tim Parham a.k.a. @tpgotgame, posted pictures referring to NBA 2K25 (see above) on social media today (which has since been deleted), teasing that the NBA 2K25 dev team is actively working on the upcoming game.

The release date of NBA 2K25 is expected in early September 2024, and every year the 2K marketing team drips out content piece by piece to build the hype. As we do every year, we’re covering any / all of the upcoming NBA 2K25 news here at NBA 2KW.

A few of the open questions regarding NBA 2K25 continues to be whether the next-gen version will make it’s way onto PC, how much VC / microtransactions and a “pay to play” model will impact MyCAREER and MyTEAM, who the cover athletes will be, and many more.

The 2024 NBA Summer League (running Fri, Jul 12, 2024 – Mon, Jul 22, 2024) will be sponsored by NBA 2K25, and we expect to hear a ton of news about the upcoming game during the event. As we learned today, the 2K25 news cycle might get started a little earlier than usual given the fact that they’re already teasing the game in April, we’ll just have to wait and see. ‘Til then, keep it locked to NBA 2KW for all the latest breaking news from what’s going on with NBA 2K24, as well as NBA 2K25!
