NBA 2K20 Patch 12 has been released by 2K and is now available for download. At just 584 MB (PS4), it’s a small update and the main issue it addressed was fixing the free throw music glitch (where techno-like music would play during free throws), which inadvertently was added to Patch 11. Because it’s such a small update, this may be the only fix or just a handful of minor fixes.
