Here is a video tip that’s worth a watch, explaining how to get around the pick and roll faster and really burst through to the paint when there is an opening. The basic move is to press Y or (triangle on PS4) to activate the post up animation, and then press RT (R2 on PS4) midway through the animation to speed burst towards the hoop. This works great with the pick and roll and allows the player to generate speed to get around the pick and attack the paint. Hopefully you can use this as another move in your arsenal.
