This fix has worked for some on the PS4. How to fix it is to go to the features section outside of my career mode, and remove all the accessories from your my player. Additionally to that, 2K has told the website Kotaku they are “currently working to address a known issue that has been impacting MyCareer on next gen consoles. We will be certain to keep the community informed as the fix is implemented.”
