Step 1: Find Ronnie2K near the North Side Knights Courts and he will give you the objective of being a 75 overall.
Step 2: Once you have reached a 75 overall find Ronnie2K near the Embellish store and he will grant you the ability to set spawn points in the City on NBA 2K23.

How to Unlock Spawn Points for NBA 2K23 Current-Gen
The process of unlocking spawn points is also very simple as you will only need to find the janitor located on the Silver Deck’s Promenade.
Step 1: Locate the janitor near the shops, he will give the objective of winning five games in a row.
Step 2: Upon winning five games in a row, locate the janitor and he will grant you the ability to choose your spawn points on the G.O.A.T Boat.
